I can tell that you take your customers problems seriously and are interested in finding a solution. That gives me a good feeling for the future to have such a fair contact person at my side in case of problems.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have not had success in slowing the tempo of a couple songs after pulling them back up on my computer without using Karaoke Surgeon. I was under the impression that key and tempo adjustments would stay in the recordings.

With some files, removal of the vocal track causes a distortion in the remaining sounds. This seems to happen mostly at the end of phrases. But, the current application is a huge step forward and I think well done. This company seems intent on continuous improvement and I feel KS will only get better.

IT EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATION I'M VERY SIMPLE NOT TECHYAT ALL THIS IS SO EASY TO USE. I MOSTLY USE IT FOR CHANGING THE KEY FOR MY KARAOKE SONGS AND MAYBE CHANGING THE BEAT I JUST LOVE IT!

Wo rking through issues (mostly my fault) but must telll other users that the support I've been getting is amazing. Would like to know what might be going on with having no sound when all other program players work just fine......

your KS program works ok to change key and tempo the only problem I have is it does not export the changed song to my media player so I can put it on my portable player so I can use it. So far I have not been able to use even one song that I changed so it was a total waste of time and money. what good is it if I cannot export the changed songs to a playlist and use them that is what I bought it for. such a dissapointment.


KS ADMIN [This sound like learning curve issues. KS creates real audio, video, and karaoke file formats on Export with the new key and tempo changed. You can then add these newly created files back to your playlist]

There were a few glitches in the beginning but they were dealt with as soon as they were recognized. I have no complaints about this software. It works just as claimed. Also, I have never received such excellent service/support for a product before. I'm looking forward to seeing the new features as they're added. Thanks Jim. (and the crew)

I USED THE PRODUCT TO CHANGED THE KEY BUT WHEN I EXPORT THE SONG I NOTICE THAT THE GRAPHICS CHANGED, A LITLE BLURRY, WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.

I'VE HAD SOME TIME WITH THIS PRODUCT AND FOUND THAT I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WAY IT PERFORMED AS FAR AS DOING BASIC FUNCTIONS TO GRAB AND PROCESS VIDEO FILES FROM THE WEB. I ADMIT THAT MAYBE I'M A LITTLE SWAYED BY USING SS4 AND SS5. THEY ARE THE CADILLAC OF SONG SURGEON AND PRETTY MUCH DOES A COMPLETE JOB OF SONG DEVELOPEMENT AND PROCESSING. FOR THE MONEY, KARAOKE SURGEON WILL DO A FINE JOB OF PROCESSING YOUR AUDIO AND VIDEO FILES.

When The Key Is Altered the lyrics do not line up to good with the actual music. It needs a few seconds forward or retard timer maybe. Thankyou Douglas.
