Karaoke Surgeon, like all TMJ Software products, is backed by a 60-day, 100% money-back guarantee, subject to the subscription-specific terms below.
Monthly subscriptions for KCreator and KRemover are nonrefundable. You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Once cancelled, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current 30-day billing period and will then expire. No full or partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in the billing period.
Annual subscriptions for KCreator and KRemover may be cancelled within 60 days of the original purchase date.
However, because these services incur processing costs each time they are used, any refund will be reduced by a usage charge based on the number of unique files processed before the refund request was submitted.
The following usage charges apply:
KRemover: $1.00 for each unique file processed
Example: If you processed 13 unique files before requesting a refund, your refund will be reduced by $13.
KCreator: $1.50 for each unique file processed
Example: If you processed 88 unique files before requesting a refund, your refund will be reduced by $132.
These usage deductions are mandatory and are intended to prevent abuse of the annual-subscription refund policy. The final refund amount will equal the original amount paid, less all applicable usage charges.
To obtain a refund you will be required to return the CD if you purchased the CD version of the software. If you purchased the download version, nothing other than making a request is required. In both cases we will deactivate the program in our registration database. This will cause your copy of Karaoke Surgeon to run in the Demo mode.
Though you are not required to do so, we would appreciate learning of why you have decided to return the product, as this will help us to provide better service and a better product in the future to other potential customers.
